Sightseeing...


- Vive le France!



- a typical street scene...



- the irresistable cafe's... was gorgeous!




- a quaint little cottage that has been restored, classic Creole designs

- a gorgeous sunset over St Denis beach...



- The Petanque field with the boys in action! the aim is to get as close to the small wooden ball with one of a few heavy metal balls...

Bonjour!

Today was filled with some very interesting sightseeing around the town of St Denis, the capitol of Reunion. Our tourguide Nicholas showed us around the town which has a very rich history with so many good stories.

From great big mansions, quaint cottages, cathedrals, to little bakeries, fruit markets, temples and the Petanque! \ boule field...

Below is some of the pics... we cant give descriptions to all of them, as the french 'azerty' keyboard is very challenging and would take forever to describe everything....

On Tuesday we do our 1st official presentation to the Rotary Club of St Denis, wish us good luck, as this country is very French!
